Why might an account become failed or disabled after receiving a payout without trading?
After receiving a payout, your account may show a "failed" status or be temporarily disabled for several reasons:
Normal Status Changes: Once a payout is processed, your trading account equity is reset and you receive a new account for continued trading. Additionally, if you reached your third profitable day, your account may be temporarily disabled until the end of the trading day—this is normal and does not indicate a problem.
If Account Shows "Failed" Status: If your account displays a "failed" status after a payout without any trading activity on your part, this may indicate that a drawdown limit was triggered during the payout processing period or a technical error occurred. Contact support with your account ID and a screenshot of the issue for verification and reactivation. Most accounts can be reactivated once the issue is identified.
