# Why does my account show "Not Passing" even after meeting the payout eligibility criteria?

If your dashboard displays a "Not Passing" or "No" status even though you have met all the required payout criteria (profit target and consistency score), you can safely **ignore that status indicator**. As long as you have genuinely met the payout criteria, you are still eligible to request your payout — the status label does not block your withdrawal request.

Similarly, if the payout date shown on your dashboard appears different from when you actually met the requirements, this is a display behaviour and not an error. You can request your payout once you have met the criteria and the scheduled payout date/time is reached.
