# When will I receive my KYC email after submitting a payout request?

KYC timing depends on your account type:

* **Standard / OMO accounts:** KYC is initiated after passing the challenge phase. You will receive a KYC email, and verification is processed within 1 business day after submitting your documents. KYC emails are only sent on weekdays — not on weekends.
* **Instant, Mini Funding, and Buy Now Pay Later accounts:** KYC is processed at the time of your payout request. No separate KYC email is sent beforehand.

Once you have completed the KYC process via the link in the email, reply to that email with **"DONE"** or **"SUBMITTED"** to notify the KYC team, and include your preferred payout method. If you have already received a payout, your KYC is considered approved — payouts are only processed once KYC has been verified.
