When will I receive account login credentials after completing a cryptocurrency payment?

After completing a cryptocurrency payment, account credentials are typically delivered shortly after the transaction is confirmed. If you have not received your login details, contact support and provide all of the following information (screenshots are not accepted — copy and paste the text):

1. Your email address used for purchase
2. Your 7-digit order number
3. Transaction ID / Hash (TXID) — the long string of letters and digits found in your crypto transaction history — and the network used (e.g. BSC/BEP20)
4. The wallet address to which you sent the payment

Once submitted, the details will be forwarded to the payment team for verification. Note that if the payment window (30 minutes) has expired but the transaction is still processing, share the same details and the team will investigate. If a fake or unsupported token was sent, the payment will not be credited and the account will not be issued.
