# What should I do if my cryptocurrency payment is deducted but my challenge account is not activated?

Crypto payments can take up to 20 minutes to be processed. If your account has not been activated after that time, please contact support and provide the following details:

1. **TXID (Transaction ID)** – copy and paste it directly (screenshots are not accepted)
2. **Wallet address** you paid to
3. **Full name** and **email address** used for the purchase

Once verified, your case will be forwarded to the relevant team and your account credentials will be sent shortly. Note that network fees deducted by your wallet may cause the received amount to be slightly less than the required total — if this happens, reach out to support with the details above so the payment can be manually reviewed.
