What should I do if I paid for an account but have not received the login details?
Account login details are sent to your registered email within 5–20 minutes after a successful payment. If you haven't received them, check your spam/junk folder first, as the email often lands there.
Step 1 – Check your email and spam folder
Look in your inbox, spam, and junk folders for an email from Maven. If you still cannot find it, proceed to contact support.
Step 2 – Contact support with your payment details
To allow the team to trace your order, provide all of the following information (copy & paste — screenshots will not work):
- Full name & email address used during purchase
- 7-digit order number
- Transaction ID (TXID) — the long string of letters and digits found in your crypto wallet history — and the network used
- Wallet address from which you sent the payment
Common reasons for not receiving login details
- Typo in email address during checkout — If you entered an incorrect email at the time of purchase, the credentials will be delivered to the wrong address. Support can verify your payment and resend the details to your correct email. Double-check the email you used when contacting support.
- Payment below the minimum transfer amount — If network fees reduced your payment below the required minimum (e.g., minimum 5 USDT), your order may not be processed automatically. In this case, the issue is escalated to the relevant team and resolved as soon as possible.
- Delay in processing — Once all details are verified, the account is typically sent before the end of the business day. If it has been more than 24 hours, follow up with support.
After credentials are sent
Once the team confirms your credentials have been dispatched, check your email inbox and spam/junk folder. If you receive a welcome email but the credentials are missing, contact support again and they will resend the complete details.
