What payment details are required to locate and verify a cryptocurrency account purchase?

To trace a cryptocurrency payment and verify your account purchase, provide the following details via text (copy & paste — screenshots are not accepted):

1. Your email address used during purchase
2. Your full name used during purchase
3. 7-digit order number (if available)
4. Transaction ID / Hash (TXID) — this is the long string of letters and digits found in your crypto wallet's transaction history — and the network used (e.g., BEP20, TRC20)
5. Wallet address to which you sent the payment

Once submitted, the relevant team will review the details and follow up. Note that if the TXID or wallet address does not match the payment processor's records, you will be asked to double-check and resubmit the correct information.

Account login details are normally delivered to your email within 5–20 minutes of a successful payment. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well.
