What is the Consistency Score and how is it calculated?

The consistency score measures the stability of your trading performance. It applies to Instant Funding accounts and is required to be 20% or lower to be eligible for a payout.

Formula

Consistency Score = (Best Winning Day ÷ Total Profit) × 100%

  • Best Winning Day: the highest single-day profit recorded on your account.
  • Total Profit: the sum of all profits (and losses) across all trading days.

Example — $10,000 account

Day

Daily Profit

Day 1

$60 ← Best winning day

Day 2

$60

Day 3

$60

Day 4

$60

Day 5

$60

Total profit = $300
Consistency score = 60 ÷ 300 × 100% = 20% ✅ Eligible for payout

What happens if the score exceeds 20%?

If your consistency score is above 20%, you are not eligible for a payout. You must continue trading until the score drops to 20% or below.

Example of a score above 20%:
Best winning day: $80 / Total profit: $155 → 80 ÷ 155 × 100% = 51.6% ❌ Not eligible

The best way to lower your consistency score is to spread your profits more evenly across trading days, so that no single day dominates your total profit.

How Losses Affect the Consistency Score

Losses do not directly appear in the formula, but they reduce your total profit, which makes the denominator smaller and pushes the score higher.

Example:

  • Best winning day: $28
  • Total profit after a losing streak: $28 (down from $280)
  • Consistency score: 28 ÷ 28 × 100% = 100% ❌

This is why a series of losses can cause the consistency score to spike back above 20% even after it was previously in range.

Key points

  • There is no time limit to reach the 20% consistency score threshold.
  • It is not required to trade every day consecutively.
  • Days with losses still count toward the total profit calculation, which can raise the score.
  • The dashboard updates at 00:00 UTC each day.
  • Account resets are not available on Instant Funding accounts. If an account is breached, a new Instant account must be purchased.
