What is the Consistency Rule and how does it work?

Which accounts are subject to the Consistency Rule?

Only Instant Funding, Mini, and Buy Now Pay Later accounts are subject to the Consistency Rule.

Standard accounts — including 1-Step, 2-Step, 3-Step, and OMO challenges — do not have any Consistency Rule applied, either during the challenge phase or after becoming funded.

How is the Consistency Score calculated?

The consistency score measures how evenly distributed your daily profits are. It is calculated as:

Best Winning Day ÷ Total Profit × 100%

You must achieve a consistency score of 20% or lower to qualify for a payout.

Example (10K account):

Day

Profit

Day 1

$60 ← Best winning day

Day 2

$60

Day 3

$60

Day 4

$60

Day 5

$60

  • Total profit: $300
  • Best winning day: $60
  • Consistency score: 60 ÷ 300 × 100% = 20% ✅ Valid for payout

If your best winning day represents more than 20% of your total profit, you do not yet qualify for a payout. For example, making $2,000 on a single trade and then requesting a payout would not meet the consistency requirement.

Important details

  • Consistency is calculated on daily profits, not per individual trade. Opening multiple positions in a single day all count toward that day's total profit.
  • The Buy Now Pay Later funded account uses the same daily profit consistency calculation as the Instant Funding account.
  • You must also generate at least 3% total profit before requesting a payout on an Instant Funding account.
  • Payout is processed every 10 business days; payouts are processed within 1 business day after the request.
  • The maximum withdrawal is $10,000 per 30-day rolling cycle.
  • Profit split is 80%, 70% in Instant Mini.
