# What if I don't receive the login email for my dashboard?

If you don't receive your dashboard login email, try these steps:

1. **Check your spam/junk folder** - Login emails may be filtered automatically
2. **Ensure lowercase email** - When requesting the login link, enter your email address in all lowercase letters
3. **Check different devices/browsers** - Try requesting the link from another browser or device
4. **Clear cache and cookies** - Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again
5. **Contact support** - If none of these work, contact support with your account number so they can manually send you a login link directly to your email

**Note:** Login links expire after 30 minutes. If your link has expired or appears blocked, delete all previous login request emails, request a new link from the login page, and click it promptly. If you requested multiple links, only the most recent one is valid — older ones will appear expired or blocked.
