What happens after successfully completing KYC verification?

Once your KYC verification is successfully completed, you will advance to the funded stage (Phase 3). You will receive your funded account login details by email. When is KYC processed?

• Standard/OMO accounts: KYC is processed after passing the challenge phase.
• Instant, Mini and Buy Now Pay Later accounts: KYC is processed at the time of your payout request.

Tips for a smooth KYC process:

• If your submission encounters issues, try completing it using the Brave browser.
• If your government ID is a photocopy or not currently valid, verification may take longer than 24 business hours.
• Your account name must exactly match the name on your government-issued ID. Name mismatches will result in KYC failure, and you cannot change your account name once you have placed a trade.
