Verifying Cryptocurrency Payments for Account Orders
Verifying Cryptocurrency Payments for Account Orders
If you've made a cryptocurrency payment but haven't received your account details, or your payment is showing as underpaid, follow this guide to help our team verify your transaction.
Required Information
To investigate and verify your cryptocurrency payment, please provide all of the following details:
1. Email Address
- The email address used for your account purchase
2. Full Name
- Your full name as used during purchase
3. Order Number (if available)
- Your 7-digit order number from your purchase confirmation
- If you don't have an order number, provide as much information as you can
4. Transaction Details
- Transaction ID/Hash (TXID): The long string of letters and numbers found in your crypto wallet's transaction history
- Wallet Address: The receiving wallet address where you sent your payment
- Network Used: The blockchain network (e.g., TRC20, Polygon, Ethereum)
Payment Status Issues
Underpaid Payments
If your invoice shows as "Underpaid," it may be because:
- A network fee (such as TRC20 fees) reduced the amount received
- An incomplete transaction occurred
- You sent less than the required amount
Solution: Provide all transaction details above so we can verify the exact amount received and assist accordingly.
Deposit Link Expired
If you see "Deposit link expired" but have already paid:
- The payment may still be processing
- Your transaction may need manual verification
Solution: Submit all required details above and our team will investigate.
Important Notes
- Use one email per account - Only one email address per person throughout Maven
- Provide exact transaction details - Accuracy is essential for verification
- Processing time - Most verifications are completed within 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Check your email - Account details are sent to your email inbox/spam/junk folder (usually within 5-20 minutes after verification)
What Happens Next
After you provide all required information:
- Our team forwards your details to the relevant department
- They verify your transaction on the blockchain
- Account login credentials are sent to your registered email
- If there's an issue (overpayment, missing amount), it will be resolved via email
If you have questions about cryptocurrency networks or payment methods, refer to our payment guide.
