# Verifying a Cryptocurrency Payment for an Account Purchase

# Verifying a Cryptocurrency Payment for an Account Purchase

If you paid via cryptocurrency and have not received your account login details, you will need to submit the following information so the team can locate and verify your payment.

## Required Information

Please provide **all** of the details below (copy & paste — screenshots are not accepted):

1. **Transaction ID / TXID / Hash** — a unique 64-character string of letters and numbers that identifies your blockchain transfer. You can find it in your crypto wallet's transaction history.
2. **Wallet address you sent the payment to** — the destination/recipient wallet address.
3. **Full name** used at the time of purchase.
4. **Email address** used for the purchase.
5. **Network used** (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDT-TRC20, USDT-BEP20, SOL, etc.)

> **Note:** Screenshots of receipts or internal transaction IDs from exchange platforms (e.g., a short numeric ID) are not valid. Always provide the on-chain TXID/hash.

## How long does it take?

Account details are typically delivered within **20 minutes** of payment. If you haven't received anything after that window, contact support with the details above.

## What is a TXID?

A Transaction ID (TXID), also called a hash, is a unique identifier assigned to every blockchain transaction. It is a long string of letters and digits (usually 64 characters) and can be found by:
* Opening your crypto wallet or exchange
* Going to your transaction history
* Clicking on the relevant transaction
* Copying the "Transaction Hash" or "TXID" field

## Common Issues

* **Wrong email at purchase:** If you used a different email than usual, there may be a delay in receiving your account details. Provide the correct email to support so they can resolve it.
* **Payment sent to wrong wallet address:** Ensure the wallet address you paid to belongs to Maven Trading. If support confirms it does not, you will need to trace the funds yourself.
* **Using an internal exchange ID instead of the on-chain TXID:** Short numeric IDs (e.g., `8178159`) or UUIDs are not valid TXIDs. Always use the full blockchain hash.
* **TXID and wallet address submitted incorrectly:** These are two separate pieces of information. Your TXID is the transaction hash, while the wallet address is the destination address you sent funds to. If you accidentally submitted the same value for both, check your wallet's transaction history and resubmit the correct wallet address to support.
* **Short payment:** If you paid less than the required amount, the payment will not be processed automatically and may cause delays. Always send the **exact payment amount** shown at checkout to avoid any delays. If this happens, contact support and provide your TXID and wallet address — the team may still be able to process your account, but always ensure you pay the full amount (including any applicable gas/network fees) to avoid issues.
