# Instant Funded Account Rules

# Instant Funded Account Rules

The Instant Funded account gives you immediate access to a funded account without going through an evaluation phase. Below are the key rules that apply.

## Drawdown Limits

* **Max Total Drawdown:** 3% trailing (based on highest equity reached)
* **Daily Drawdown:** 2% (based on the higher of your balance or equity at 00:00 UTC)
* **Maximum Floating Loss/Risk 1%:** At no point can your account have more than a 1% loss in floating PnL. This is the difference between your balance and equity. If this happens, then your account will be breached. For example, if you have a $10,000 account, and your account level at any point goes beneath $9,900, then your account will be breached.

Market conditions apply (e.g., spread and slippage). Maven doesn't have any control over these conditions

## Payout Requirements

* **Minimum profit to request a payout:** 3% of account balance (e.g., a $10,000 account must reach $10,300)
* **Consistency score:** Must be **20% or below** at the time of payout request
* **Minimum trading days:** None
* **Payout frequency:** On demand — once all requirements are met
* **Profit split:** 80/20 in your favour
* **Maximum withdrawal:** Up to $10,000 per 30-day rolling cycle (per trader)
* **Processing time:** Within 1 business day after requesting a payout

### How the Consistency Score is Calculated

Consistency score = (Biggest winning day / Total profit) × 100%

The consistency score must be **20% or below** to be eligible for a payout. If it is above 20%, continue trading until it falls to or below 20%.

**Example ($5,000 account):**

| Day | Profit |
| ---- |
| Day 1 | +$600 |
| Day 2 | +$450 |
| Day 3 | +$500 |
| Day 4 | +$700 |
| Day 5 | +$800 |

Total Profit = $3,050 | Biggest day = $800
$800 / $3,050 = **26.2%** → Above 20%, keep trading.

After more trading days (e.g., total profit = $4,450, biggest day still $800):
$800 / $4,450 = **18%** → Below 20%, eligible for payout.

* The consistency rule only applies **at the time of requesting a payout**, not during active trading.
* There is **no daily profit target** rule.
* Partial profit withdrawals are allowed.

## Trading Rules

* **Excessive Scalping:** More than 50% of your trades held for less than 1 minute is not allowed. Total trades are counted at payout request.
* **Expert Advisors (EAs):** EAs are **not permitted** under any circumstances.
* **Stop-Loss / Take-Profit:** No mandatory SL or TP rule, but "all-in" trading without risk management is prohibited (see Trading Rules article).
* **News trading:** No restrictions on trading during high-impact news events.
* **Overnight / weekend positions:** Allowed.
* **Partial profits:** Allowed.
* **Next trade after hitting SL:** You can place a new trade immediately.

## Account Validity

* Instant accounts have **no expiration date**.
* Accounts are closed after **30 days of inactivity**.

## All Accounts Are Swap-Free

All Maven accounts, including Instant Funded accounts, are swap-free.
