# Instant Funded Account — Payout Eligibility & Withdrawal Rules

## Payout Eligibility

To request a payout on an Instant funded account, you must meet **both** of the following criteria:

1. **Minimum profit:** At least **3% of your account balance**
* Example: on a $5,000 account → minimum $150 profit; on a $10,000 account → minimum $300 profit
2. **Consistency score:** **20% or below**

There are **no minimum trading days** required to request a payout.

## Consistency Score — How It's Calculated

The consistency score is calculated as:

> **Best winning day ÷ Total Profit × 100%**

Your "best winning day" is the single highest-profit day across your trading history. This score must be **20% or lower** to be eligible for a payout.

**Example (10k account):**

| Day 2 | $60 |
| Day 3 | $60 |
| Day 4 | $60 |
| Day 5 | $60 |

Total profit: $300
Consistency score: 60 / 300 × 100% = **20%** ✅

The score depends on how evenly your profits are spread. Loss days reduce your total profit figure, which in turn affects your score — they are factored into the total profit calculation even though they don't count as a "winning day." The 5 profitable days do **not** need to be consecutive; what matters is that no single day's profit exceeds 20% of your overall total profit.

## Withdrawal Frequency & Caps

* Payouts can be requested **any time the eligibility criteria are met** (no fixed schedule)
* **Maximum withdrawal:** up to **$10,000 per 30-day rolling cycle** (per trader)
* You can withdraw **3% and above** once the minimum threshold is reached; partial withdrawals are allowed
* The Instant account has **no expiry time**

## Profit Split & Processing

* **Profit split:** 80% to the trader (upgradeable to 90% with the profit split add-on, applied automatically)
* Payouts are processed within **1 business day (excluding weekends)** after requesting
* Payouts can be received via **USDT\_BSC** or **USDC\_ERC20** (any compatible crypto wallet, including Binance)
* KYC is completed upon your first payout request

## Additional Rules

* **No buffer required** — you keep all profits above the 3% minimum threshold
* **News trading:** allowed without restriction on Instant accounts
* **Overnight holding:** allowed
* **Weekend holding:** allowed
* **No time limit:** Instant funded accounts have no expiry date
