How to Retrieve Login Details for a Match Trade Account

Retrieving Your Password

To retrieve the password and login details for your purchased Match Trade account, follow these steps:

Visit Match Trade Manager

Go to https://manager.maven.markets/

Enter Your Email Address

Input the email address you used for the purchase into the designated field

Check Your Email for the Password

After entering your email, check your email inbox for the password associated with your account
The login details including password will be sent to your email

Important Notes

Same Email = Same Password: All accounts under the same email address possess the same password. After your first purchase, the password for any subsequent accounts will already be set.
Copy Password Carefully: When entering your password, make sure to copy and paste it correctly, including any symbols at the end of the password. Incorrect copying can result in "wrong email or password" errors.
Account Platform: Ensure you're logging into the correct platform. Match Trade accounts use Match Trader, not MetaTrader.

Troubleshooting

If you see "Link Expired" error:

Try clearing your browser cache

If you receive "Wrong Email or Password" error:

Verify you're using the correct email address from your purchase
Copy and paste the password carefully, including all symbols at the end
Ensure there are no extra spaces

Investor Password

Investor passwords for Match Trader accounts can only be generated from within your account dashboard. If you cannot locate this option, it may have been removed or disabled for your account type.
