How to Log In to MetaTrader 5 (MT5) — Troubleshooting Connection Issues

- Search for MavenTrade Limited and select it.
- Enter your login number and copy-paste your password.

- Choose Connect with Existing Account.

Server name:

Common Login Errors and Fixes
"No Connection" or "Network Error"
This error usually appears when the password is entered incorrectly, not because of a real network issue. Common causes:
- Special characters missing: Passwords may contain symbols (e.g.,
:,%,-). Make sure to include every character, including any at the end of the password. - Copy-paste issues: On mobile, always copy and paste the password directly from the credentials email to avoid missing characters.
- Wrong password field: Use the Password field only — do not use the Investor Password (Read Only), which grants read-only access and will not allow trading login.
"Invalid Account"
If you see an "Invalid Account" error and your dashboard shows the account status as "In progress", the account may still be provisioning on the trading server. Try the following:
- Wait a few minutes and attempt to log in again.
- Type the password manually rather than pasting it.
- If the issue persists, contact Maven support with your account ID and registered email.
