How to Claim a Giveaway Account After Being Selected as a Winner

Congratulations on winning a giveaway! Follow these steps to claim your account.

Step 1: Provide the Giveaway Details

Contact Maven Support with the following information:

• Link to the giveaway post (from X/Twitter or Facebook)
• Link to your X/Twitter or Facebook profile

Step 2: Eligibility Verification

Support will verify your eligibility by confirming you are tagged or mentioned in the giveaway post. Once confirmed, you will be forwarded to the relevant team for processing. For Facebook giveaways, this step is handled internally by the support team — no direct message is required from you.

For X/Twitter giveaways, you will be directed to send a direct message to the giveaway administrator's X/Twitter account with a specific reference code provided by support. Send a screenshot of that DM back to support as confirmation.

Step 3: Provide Your Account Details

You will be asked to provide:

• Full name - Ensure it matches your government-issued ID
• Email address - This will be used to send your account credentials
• Age
• Country
• Social media handle (X/Twitter or Facebook profile link)

Your full name must match the name on your identification document for the account to be sent successfully.

Step 4: Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

Before your account is sent, you must complete the KYC verification process. You will be asked to provide:

Required Information:

• Government-issued ID or NIN number - A valid form of identification (such as National Identification Number if applicable)
• Selfie - A photo of yourself taken on the day of verification to confirm your identity

Verification Process:

1. Provide your NIN number or other valid government ID
2. Submit a selfie taken today
