# How to Access the Match Trader Manager and Retrieve Your Password

Follow the steps below to log in to the Match Trader Manager and access your trading account.

## Steps to Log In

1. **Visit the Match Trader Manager**
   Go to [https://manager.maven.markets/](https://manager.maven.markets/)

2. **Enter Your Email Address**
   Input the email address you used when purchasing your account.

3. **Check Your Email for the Password**
   After entering your email, check your inbox for the password associated with your account. If you can't find it, also check your **spam/junk folder**, or search "MAVEN" in your email client.

> **Note:** All accounts registered under the same email address share the same password. After your first purchase, the password for any subsequent account will already be set.

> **Note:** If you receive an "Authorization Failed" error, ensure you are logging in via the Match Trader Manager at [https://manager.maven.markets/](https://manager.maven.markets/) and not through a MetaTrader login screen. Match Trader and MetaTrader credentials are not interchangeable.

## Forgot Your Password?

If you did not receive a password email or cannot log in, use the **Forgot Password** option at: [https://manager.maven.markets/login/forgot-password](https://manager.maven.markets/login/forgot-password)

When prompted, choose **Reset Password** (not "Sign in with verification link"). This option will ask only for your email address and a new password — you will **not** need to enter your current password.

> **Note:** Do not use the "Change Password" option inside Account Settings, as that requires your current password. Always use the Forgot Password flow to reset without it.

> **Note:** If the password reset link has expired, simply request a new one using the Forgot Password option again.
