# How to Access Old Accounts After Dashboard Migration

# How to Access Old Accounts After Dashboard Migration

## Overview
When Maven migrated to the new dashboard, old accounts were migrated automatically. You can access your old account through the new dashboard interface.

## Important Note
Old accounts that were purchased before the migration can only be accessed through the new dashboard. You cannot move or transfer old accounts back to the previous dashboard.

## Steps to Access Your Old Account

1. Go to the new Maven dashboard: https://dash.maventrading.com/login
2. Enter your email address (all text must be in lowercase)
3. Click "Send"
4. Check your email for a login link
5. Click the link to access your dashboard
6. You should see all your accounts listed, including migrated old accounts

## Troubleshooting Access Issues

### If You See "No Accounts Found"
* Verify that you have an active account (breached or closed accounts will not appear)
* If your account was breached, it cannot be accessed or traded

### If You Get an Error When Opening an Old Account

**Clear Your Browser Cache**
1. Clear your browser cache completely
2. Log out and log back in
3. Try accessing the old account again

**If the Error Persists**
* Try the steps above on a different browser
* Contact Maven Support with:
* Your account ID
* Your registered email address
* A screenshot or screen recording of the error

## Account Status
Note that old accounts display alongside new accounts in the same dashboard. New purchases through the new dashboard will only appear in the new dashboard interface.
