How to Access Match-Trader After Switching from MetaTrader 5

If your account has been switched from MetaTrader 5 (MT5) to Match-Trader — either by request or due to a platform issue — follow the steps below to log in.

Why the Switch Happens

Support may switch your account from MT5 to Match-Trader if:

  • You are experiencing connection or login issues with MT5 that cannot be resolved.
  • You specifically requested a platform change.

Note: MT5 credentials cannot be used to log in to Match-Trader, and vice versa. Once your account is migrated, you will receive new Match-Trader login details by email.

Steps to Log In to Match-Trader

  1. Visit the Match-Trader Manager portal:

Go to https://manager.maven.markets/

  1. Enter your email address:

Input the email address you used when purchasing your account.

  1. Check your email for your password:

After entering your email, check your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for the password sent to you.

Note: All accounts linked to the same email share the same password. If you have previously set a password for another account, it will already be active for your new Match-Trader account.

  1. Forgot your password?

Use the "Forgot your password" option on the login page to set a new password.

Important Notes

  • Any breach or violation email you receive regarding the old MT5 account can be ignored — it relates to the account that was replaced, not your new Match-Trader account.
  • If you do not receive the login email, check your spam/junk folder or use the password reset option.
