# How long does it take for a payout to be processed?

## Standard Processing Time

**Payouts are processed within 1 business day** after you submit your payout request. This means:

* Processing begins once we receive your payout request.
* Business days exclude weekends and holidays
* The processing timeline applies once your request enters the review queue

## Factors That May Affect Processing Time

Processing may take longer than 1 business day in the following situations:

* **High workload**: During periods when many traders have submitted payout requests, the team processes them sequentially, which may cause delays
* **Account review needed**: If the risk or compliance team needs to review your account (for example, after a risk interview), additional time may be required
* **Pending status**: Your payout may be marked as "Pending" while undergoing review; this is a normal part of the process

## Payout Frequency by Account Type

* **Standard Accounts**: Request payout every 10 business days (3 minimum profitable days required)
* **Instant Funding**: When requirements are met (reaching 20% consistency score and 3% minimum withdrawal)
* **Instant Mini Funding**: Request payout on the same day (after reaching 20% consistency score and 3% minimum withdrawal)
* **Buy Now Pay Later: Y**ou can request a payout once the 20% consistency score is met.

## What Counts as Business Days?

Only **business days** are counted in the payout timeline. Weekends and public holidays are not included. For example, if you request a payout on a Friday evening, the 1 business day countdown begins on Monday.

## Payment Methods and Delivery

Once processed, your payout will be delivered through your selected payment method:

* **Crypto** (USDT\_BSC or USDC\_ERC20)
* **Bank Transfer** (available in selected countries including Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana)
* **Rise platform**

Delivery times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.

## Bank Transfer — Additional Step

If you selected **bank transfer** as your payout method, you will receive an email requesting your bank details. You must reply to that email with your bank details for the payout to be processed. This email is sent by the same team handling your KYC — reply to the email where you received your KYC link.
