# How can I request a refund for an accidental overpayment on an account purchase?

If you accidentally overpaid for an account purchase, contact support as soon as possible. To process your refund, you will need to provide the following details (copy and paste — do not send screenshots):

1. **Transaction ID / Hash (TXID)** — found in your crypto wallet's transaction history
2. **Wallet address** you paid to
3. **Your USDT-BSC wallet address** — so the overpaid amount can be returned to you
4. **Full name** used during purchase
5. **Email address** used during purchase

Once verified, your case will be forwarded to the relevant team and the overpaid amount will be refunded to your provided USDT-BSC wallet address.
