# How can I find my MT5 login credentials after purchasing a funded trading account?

There is no separate sign-up process on Maven — you automatically create an account when you purchase a plan. Your login details (MT5 login number, password, and server name) are sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Make sure you enter the correct email when going through the checkout process.

Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Maven Trading Group containing your account details.

If you haven't received the email or need it resent, contact Support with your account number and they can resend your login details.

**Having trouble logging in?**
* Make sure you are entering the **trading password**, not the investor (read-only) password.
* Copy and paste the password exactly as received, including any special characters or symbols at the end (e.g., a colon `:` or dash `-`).
* When connecting on MT5, select the correct server (e.g., **MavenTrade-Server**) — do not select a Match Trader platform option.

**Note:** If your account dashboard shows "In Progress," this means your account is active and ready to trade.
