Cryptocurrency Payment Confirmation and Account Access Timeline

Cryptocurrency Payment Confirmation and Account Access Timeline

Expected Timeframe

After completing a cryptocurrency payment, you can expect to receive your account login details within 20 to 30 minutes in most cases.

In some instances, the account delivery may take up to 30 minutes to be processed and sent to your email address.

Important Notes on Payment Amounts

Exact payment amount required: Your payment must match the exact amount specified for the account type or challenge you're purchasing. If you pay less than the required amount, the system will not automatically deliver your account.

For example:

  • Paying $4.99 instead of $5.00 will result in a failed delivery
  • You will need to contact support with your transaction details to resolve underpayment issues

What Happens After Payment

  1. Your cryptocurrency transaction is confirmed on the blockchain
  2. The support team receives notification of your payment
  3. Your account login details are generated and emailed to your registered email address
  4. You can then log in and start trading

If Your Broker Is Still Processing the Transfer

If you closed the payment page before the transaction finished processing, your account will still be delivered — once the payment is fully completed and confirmed. If your broker's processing takes up to an hour, simply wait for the transfer to complete. The account will be sent as soon as the payment clears. If you haven't received it after that, contact support with your payment details.

Processing Times on Weekends

During weekends, verification may take longer than usual. After submitting your payment details, you can expect a response within up to 6 hours. During regular business hours, the team typically responds within 30 minutes.

If You Don't Receive Your Login Details

If you haven't received your account login details after 30 minutes, please contact support with the following information:

  • Your email address used for registration
  • Your order number (if you received one)
  • Transaction ID/Hash (TXID) - the long string of letters and digits from your crypto wallet history
  • Network used (e.g., BEP-20, Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin)
  • Wallet address from which you sent the payment
  • Your full name

This information will help the support team trace your payment and resolve the issue quickly.
