Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) — Funded Stage Rules
Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) — Funded Stage Rules
Once you pass the BNPL challenge, your account is reviewed and you receive an activation link to pay the remaining fee. Below are the key rules that apply specifically during the funded stage.
Payment Deadline
After passing the BNPL challenge, you have 2 weeks to pay the remaining balance. Once you pay, your funded account credentials are sent to your email.
Drawdown Limits
- Max Loss (funded): 8% (trailing)
- Daily Loss (funded): 4%
Note: The challenge phase uses a static drawdown, while the funded stage uses a trailing drawdown.
Consistency Rule
The Consistency Rule (20%) applies during the funded phase. It does not apply during the challenge phase.
M2 Account Saver
The M2 Account Saver is active in the funded stage only (not during the challenge phase). It monitors your combined open-position drawdown in real time. If your open positions reach a 2% drawdown (based on account balance), it triggers automatically:
- 1st breach: All open trades are immediately closed, and your profit split is permanently reduced to 50% for the remainder of the account.
- 2nd breach: All open trades are closed again, and your account is permanently deactivated. There is no recovery from a second breach.
Minimum Holding Time
More than 50% of your trades must be held for at least 60 seconds. Excessive scalping (50% or more of trades under 60 seconds) is not allowed.
Open Risk Limit
The 1% Max Total Risk rule does not apply to BNPL accounts. That limit is exclusive to Instant and Mini accounts.
Profit Rebuild / Safety Buffer Rule
On Buy Now, Pay Later funded accounts, the Profit Rebuild rule applies. This means:
- You cannot withdraw all your profits without consequence. If you withdraw your entire profit, your account will be closed, as no drawdown buffer would remain.
- When requesting a payout, you should leave a buffer in your account. This remaining balance acts as your drawdown limit going forward.
- The size of the buffer is at your discretion — however, the smaller the buffer, the smaller the margin for loss before a breach occurs. For example, leaving only $5 means any loss beyond $5 will breach the account.
- After your first payout, the daily and max drawdown rules no longer apply. The buffer you leave behind serves as your effective risk limit.
Example ($10,000 account):
- Your equity reaches $10,500. If you withdraw $500, your balance returns to $10,000 — the original maximum drawdown limit — meaning any loss would immediately breach the account.
- If you instead withdraw $400, your balance is $10,100. The 8% trailing drawdown would only activate once your equity reaches $10,800 (8% above $10,000), giving you more room.
Minimum Withdrawal
No minimum withdrawal amount.
Maximum Withdrawal
Maximum withdrawal is $10,000 per 30-day rolling cycle. Profits exceeding this in a cycle are voided.
Fee Refund
The challenge fee is refunded after your 3rd successful payout.
Payout Frequency
Payouts are processed instantly once requirements are met.
Profit Split
80% in favour of the trader.
